Weekend Purchases
This weekend was full or re decorating and new additions. The guy and I re arranged our living room and added some amazing pieces. On Sunday we found some great cast iron tables and a vintage airplane picture at Ross. (Quickly turning into my go to place for diamonds in the rough) Then on Monday we stumbled upon this World Market Chair. With a few bright pillows and a cozy blanket, I have no doubt it will quickly turn into my new favorite chair.
The first time I read “The Great Gatsby” it lodged itself straight into my heart. I was immediately drawn to the characters and found parallels between the story and the life I was living.
Needless to say, you can only imagine how excited I am for Baz Luhrmann’s adaptation of this timeless story. I’ve watched this trailer only about a dozen times and it continues to give me goosebumps. How perfect is Jack White’s (U2 cover) “Love is Blindness”.
And the outfits. Oh the outfits.

Just stumbled upon these gorgeous Madewell “Spectacle Storyteller” scarfs collection. This one displays a graphic collage of Los Angeles neighborhoods.
